Returns Policy – Cancellation Of Order
Changed your mind, want a refund?
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You will need to contact us to obtain a returns number, this can be done via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone us on 01772 462600.
If your goods have a fault, then please let us know when you contact us for returns number.
Once you have your returns number, please pack the item/s you are returning into their original box and packaging. Products must not have been worn or used. They should be in the condition they were received. Please place a copy of your returns number inside the package you are returning.
We inspect all goods once they are returned to us, to ensure that they are in the condition they left us in.
Once packaged please take your package to the Post Office and return to us via a “signed for” service. (if we refund the return postage it would only be to the value of “2nd Class signed for” service)
Bewitched Parties reserves the right to refund monies for returned goods until the goods have been returned to us or proof/evidence has been provided that the goods have been sent directly to us. We will refund the value of the returned goods.
Please note… Any goods that have been used, soiled or show signs of wear will not be entitled to a refund. We will contact you should any issues arise.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Make up, facepaint, eyelashes, stockings, tights, underwear, eye accessories, masks and wigs.
Faulty or Damaged goods

We only accept returns of goods purchased at bewitchedparties.net
We refund any monies via the method they were paid
